In addition to photography, I also breed and raise alpacas. I first fell in love with alpacas in 2006 and was captivated by their gentle demeanor, curious nature, pleasant humming, warm dark eyes and the touch of their silky soft fleece. Yet beyond their charming nature and ability to evoke a smile from anyone, alpacas offer a chance at a unique and successful lifestyle. Unlike many livestock species tht are ultimaately raised for consumption, alpacas produce luxuriosuly soft warm fiber and are shorn annually.
